1. Who We Are

This is the Privacy Policy of 3-102-940062 SRL ("KingWinna", or "us"), a Costa Rican company incorporated which operates the online casino www.kingwinna.com and is licensed by the Anjouan Gaming Authority to offer games of chance. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect when you use kingwinna.com and how we use it.

2. Information We Collect

To open an account we collect your email address and, if you choose that sign-in method, your Google account identifier or the wallet address you connect. We also record the wallet addresses and transaction hashes for your deposits and withdrawals on the networks you use.

We use a device fingerprint (via FingerprintJS) and your IP address to prevent fraud and multiple accounts, and to check you are not connecting from a Restricted Territory. If our AML Policy requires an identity or source-of-funds check, we may additionally collect a government-issued ID, proof of address, a selfie or source-of-funds documents.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to run your account, process deposits and withdrawals, secure the platform against fraud and multi-accounting, and meet our AML and licensing obligations. We also send you one-time login codes, account notifications and support responses — including keeping a record of your live chat conversations — and use privacy-focused analytics (PostHog) to see how KingWinna is used; where session replay is enabled, it masks every input field and anything marked sensitive by default.

With your consent, we may send you promotional emails about bonuses, new games, and special offers. You may withdraw this consent at any time by clicking "unsubscribe" in any marketing email or by contacting support.

4. Sharing Your Data

We share data only with: our game providers, so a round can be played and settled; our buy-crypto provider, if you choose to purchase crypto through the site; our analytics provider (PostHog); our hosting provider (Cloudflare); and competent authorities where we are legally required to.

All third-party processors are contractually bound to process your data only on our instructions and in accordance with applicable privacy law.

5. Data Retention

We retain account data for the duration of your active account and for at least five (5) years thereafter, as required by AML legislation and our gaming licence obligations. Anonymised analytics data may be retained indefinitely.

You may request deletion of your account at any time. Where deletion conflicts with a legal retention obligation, we will restrict processing of your data to the minimum necessary for compliance and delete it as soon as the obligation expires.
